the transgender crime against humanity

Nothing horrifies me quite so much as the concept of transgender children. The very notion that children have any kind of understanding of the full ramifications of such momentous life choices is both ludicrous and deeply evil.

Children and teenagers are always confused about sexuality because they lack the life experiences needed to make sense of these things. To take advantage of the normal confusions of adolescence in order to further a political agenda is evil on a scale that must appall any intelligent person. And there is not the slightest doubt that there is a political agenda at work.

Young people are being persuaded to take irreversible steps that will take away from them any chance at all of ever having a normal life. I personally very much doubt if even a person in their twenties has sufficient experience of life to make such decisions, but a recent report confirms that “treatment” is often undertaken on children as young as 11.

This is a tragedy and a crime against humanity

Even more chilling is the fact that these kids are often pressured into “questioning” their “sexual identity” or their “gender identity” by their own parents.

You're Clueless. But many people are, you shouldn't feel ashamed of that.I know what. Rather than insult you, maybe I should inform you. That way I'm not arrogantly telling you what to think, or accusing you of "crimes against humanity".Here's a study on the subject. It might help you understand a little. The treatment of adolescent transsexuals: changing insights. Cohen-Ketternis et al, J Sex Med. 2008 Aug;5(8):1892-7."Professionals who take responsibility for these youth and are willing to help should yet be fully aware of the impact of their interventions. In this article, the pros and cons of the various approaches to youngsters with GID are presented, hopefully inciting a sound scientific discussion of the issue."That is, if you're interested in the Pros and Cons, the dangers of doing anything, and the dangers of doing nothing. If you want a "politically incorrect" rant about the Jews using mind-control-lasers, or the Earth being Flat, it won't help.

  2. Your first presumption that it is a matter of choice is totally incorrect. It is not choice but characteristic of a humans mental configuration. The condition is called Geender Dysphoria, the incongruency of psychological gender and physical sex. I suffered condition. I used the past tense as 17 years ago I started living as my true self. I left denial behind. My quality of life has improved megafold as my psychological gender identity is now in sync with what people percieve as my physical gender. You misunderstanding of the condition is damming Transsexual people to live a life of denial and depression until, as you put it, they are old enough to decide to be cured. So in the meanwhile what is your suggestion, electro shock therapy, beatings or psychological intervention to supress the peon true gender identity

Robyn Edwaeds wrote…The condition is called Geender Dysphoria, the incongruency of psychological gender and physical sex.I'm afraid I don't buy into the whole DSM thing. In my opinion most of the so-called psychiatric disorders which have made the psychiatric profession so wealthy and powerful are essentially imaginary. People have been persuaded they suffer from all kinds of disorders, all of which require treatment, all of which makes psychiatrists even wealthier. In my opinion people need to learn to deal with reality more effectively rather than allowing themselves to be turned into victim categories. Psychiatry is turning us all into victims and patients. Life is difficult but it's something that is better faced than run away from.I speak from bitter personal experience of the damage this sort of thing can do.

Zoe Brain wrote…hopefully inciting a sound scientific discussion of the issue. The article starts from the assumption that Gender Identity Disorder exists. This assumes that psychiatry is a science. It isn't. It's a belief system. It's as scientific as the belief in flying saucers. Psychiatry is a branch of imaginative literature.

  5. It's easy to document suffering. It's easy to document people attempting suicide, cutting themselves, being so frightened they never leave their house, or so depressed that they won't eat. The first step in science is description, and that has been relatively easy to do. Prediction has been relatively easy for many "disorders" as well. Explanation and control is much harder. Perhaps the hardest issue is values – does it matter whether we can do something about people who starve themselves to death? If you don't think it does, your issue isn't with psychiatry. Both the psychiatric and the transgender communities are divided about whether "gender identity disorder" exists and whether it should be in DSM-5. There is little question that transgender people get lose their jobs, get harassed, assaulted, and killed for being trans. There is little question that many trans people suffer anxiety and depression – but most of us don't believe our identity is "disordered". Independent surveys across several nations find nearly half of trans people have tried to erase themselves at least once. The bigger issue is should we do something about it. I tend to believe that the majority of non-trans people want us all dead, the sooner the better.

Um, no. I agree with you to a large extent, Psychiatry is largely at the stage of leechcraft and malignant humors rather than evidence-based medicine, but that's neither here nor there.

This has little to do Psychiatry as such. It has a lot to do with neuro-anatomy and endocrinology. It's a physiological rather than psychological issue, though with obvious psychological effects.

That's not to say Psychiatry is all nonsense. Even medicine 2000 year ago was able to staunch bleeding and set broken limbs. That's about where we are regarding Psychiatry, some gems amongst the dross.

I trust you believe that the mind is dependant on brain anatomy, rather than pure upbringing? That those with damaged brains may not be able to speak, not because of the relationship they had with their mother and upbringing, or possession by a spirit of evil, but due to trauma to the speech centres of the brain? If not, then we have a problem. But if you do accept that, then we have a basis for communication.

    Starting with this:

Male–to–female transsexuals have female neuron numbers in a limbic nucleus. Kruiver et al J Clin Endocrinol Metab (2000) 85:2034–2041
The present findings of somatostatin neuronal sex differences in the BSTc and its sex reversal in the transsexual brain clearly support the paradigm that in transsexuals sexual differentiation of the brain and genitals may go into opposite directions and point to a neurobiological basis of gender identity disorder.

I don't give a crap about psychiatry or any of that utter bull crap; convincing a child to question their sexual identity is wrong, wrong, wrong. Everyone knows Trannies are far more likely to commit suicide. When you encourage people to 'question' their sexual identity, you are literally raising their chance of commiting suicide.

“They only commit suicide because of social ostracization.”

Studies do not prove this but let's just pretend for a second that they do. Even if tranny suicide rates are high solely because of them being ostracized and that all they need to be better is to live in some progressivist utopia, guess what? We don't live in that fantasy world. People still think that trannies are wierd, sexual deviants and that's not going to stop anytime soon. So the suicide rate, assuming it is influenced by society, isn't going to chance any time soon. So you tell me which makes more sense: increasing the risk of someone KILLING themselves because their body doesn't match their fictitious sexual identity, or just rolling with the idea of everyone being the gender they were born as, something which science seems to lean towards?
